World of Warcraft Introductions

More than 50% of the people that plays World Of Warcraft are called No-life’s,they spend each hour and each day of their life to play World Of Warcraft,in this article i will explain why it is so addictive,i’ve played one month WoW and i can say you it is pretty addictive for lots of reasons.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Presentation

The design is very friendly and inviting(to hook you in),the official website got lots of information on the game itself, that can be very friendly.

Graphics

WoW is the only MMORPG(Massively Multiplayer Online Role Play Game) with good graphics, the cinematic are surely the first thing that will drift you to this game, the in game graphics are pretty good compared to other MMORPGs like guild wars, and there is equipments(you can’t see rings, necklaces and rings) that are shown on the character body in game

Playability

This is the big part where WoW really gets addicting. You can move the character with the directional pad of the keyboard and you can make him jump, this is the first thing I’ve said when i played WoW,this is unique and will not be found in other MMORPGs where you play with the mouse only, the game itself is easy to understand even if you are new to MMORPGs,you can even have talking macros or you can use Team speak (used with a microphone to talk to other players),as for the races and classes, with WoW+WoW expansion you have 2 factions(Alliance,Horde),5 different races per faction with at least 4-7 classes for each, each of the race got his initial bonus, example:The night elves can shadow meld, the humans got sword skill bonus, there is also lots of jobs that can be done, but you can only have 2 jobs at once and have all the optional jobs, like in any other MMORPGs you can be in group and do group quests,it’s pretty good on that point,in war servers, you can raid other players cities also and win honor points(by killing players from the opposite faction),honor points are used to buy items and weapons at certain shops, theres a lots of quests that don’t require hours to finish,in fact with the numbers of quests WoW have, you never have to grind on monsters, you mostly only do quests to level up all the game, the fighting system is well done also, and there is lots of skills to be used with each class.I won’t tell you all the good points WoW have,i won’t finish this article otherwise.

Sounds

The ambient sounds are quite rich and the sounds are pretty well done, they fit pretty nicely to the game.

Conclusion

WoW is maybe the most addicting game selling on the market by now, believe me paying 15-20$ per month to play this game is worth it,but don’t become addict

World of Warcraft Or RuneScape

World of Warcraft and Runescape are both very popular online games. There are a very big amount of gamers to play online per day, Why do people like to play them? Who knows but they are addicting.

World of Warcraft is oftening refered as WoW. WoW started in 1984 and developing to now. You probally have heard of private servers and so on. There are probally thousands of private severs. WoW comes with many expansion set, three in total. The Burning Crusade, was released on January 16, 2007.The second expansion set, Wrath of the Lich King, was released on November 13, 2008. The third expansion set, Cataclys, was announced at BlizzCon 2009.

Runescape is a MMORPG(massively multiplayer online role-playing game), it has some similar with WoW. In both game you have to do the same things but in different places. Theres also a few changes in the games. Some one who would consider that Runescape is just retarded with all its updates. It is most suit for one who'age is under 20,In these games you go around and do stuff. There are few moments where there are Boredom and what not.

According to fourms and polls World of Warcraft is more popular ,both in graphic and in game.Ok ,if you have different opinions, you can subject your comment for you, thanks a lot!

WOW DK Tanking guide

In WOW, Tanking as a DK (of any spec) involves the following basic skills:

1. Forceful Deflection: This is a passive ability that increases you parry rating by 25% of your total strength which means that strength not only increases your attack power and therefore your DPS, but also improves your parrying and so increases you damage mitigation too.

2. Death Grip: Ranged taunt, pulls target in melee range and forces them to attack you for 3s. 35s(25 talented) cooldown. Costs nothing to cast and generates 10 runic power. Good for pulling ranged mobs to you so they don't aggro pats.

3. Blood Boil: AOE damage that only works on diseased targets in a 30 yard radius causing all diseases to erupt but doesn't consume the diseases. 15s(11 talented) cooldown. Costs 1 Blood rune and generates 10 runic power.

4. Pestilence: Spreads diseases on current target to all targets within 10 yards, dealing shadow damage. No cooldown, costs 1 Blood rune, generates 10 runic power.

5. Plague Strike: Instant strike that deals 30% weapon damage and inflicts the target with Blood Plague, a diseases doing X shadow dmg over 12s(18 talented). Costs 1 Unholy rune. The disease can be spread via Pestilence. Plague Strike also removes one heal over time effect from the target and generates 10 Runic Power.

6. Icy Touch: A ranged attack dealing frost damage. 20 yard range and costs 1 Frost rune. Generates 10 runic power and infects the target with Frost Fever, a disease that does X frost damage over 12 sec (18 sec talented) and doesn't break snares (freeze/polymorph etc). Frost Fever also reduces the targets melee and ranged attack speed by 14% (20% talented) and can be spread using pestilence.

7. Death & Decay: An AOE ability with a 30 yard range and a 30s cooldown (15s talented). Corrupts the ground targeted by the DK causing X shadow damage every second for 10 seconds. Causes a high amount of threat on multiple mobs but costs 1 Blood 1 Frost and 1 Unholy rune. Generates 20 runic power.

8. Death Strike: The basic healing attack. Deals 60%weapon damage plus X and heals the DK for 50% of the damage caused for every disease on the target (ie, 600 damage on target with Blood Plague gives 300 health, Blood Plague and Frost Fever gives 600 health, no diseases give no health therefore a waste of rune without a disease on the target). Costs 1 Frost rune, 1 Unholy rune and generates 15 runic power.

9. Icebound Fortitude: Reduces all damage taken by 50% and makes you immune to stun effects for 12s (18s talented). Costs 20 runic power, 1min cooldown. (Note: there is a glyph that can remove the RP cost entirely.)

10. Horn of Winter: Increases you and your party/raids strength and agility by x for 2 mins. Costs 20 runic power but the increased parry and attack power is well worth 20 rp every 2 mins.

11. Frost Presence: Increases armor rating gained from items by 60%, total health by 10%, and reduce all magic damage by 5%. Increases threat generated by all abilities. No- brainer, defensive stance for DK's, you will want to be in this stance for tanking.

12. Empower Rune Weapon: Used for emergencies or for a really quick burst of damage. Instantly clears the cooldown on all your runes and gives you 25 runic power. 5 min cooldown.

13. Blood Tap: Instant, costs 6% base health and reactivates a Blood rune as a Death rune. 1 min cooldown. Used in emergencies or when your rotation is a rune short but the health cost should always be considered. Since DKs are considered the best equipped to tank casters these are the basic abilities to use against the spellcasters.

14. Mind Freeze: A melee range spell interrupt preventing spells from that school of magic being cast for 4s. It can be used during the global cooldown. 10s cooldown and costs 20 runic power (zero cost talented)

15. Strangulate: A 30 yard range (50 yd with glyph) silencing effect which last 5s causes X shadow damage at the end of the duration. Costs 1 Blood rune and has a 2 min cooldown.

16. Anti-Magic Shell: Costs 20 runic power and lasts for 5s. This shell absorbs 75% of all magic damage while preventing any harmful magical effects from taking hold and generates runic power when absorbing magic damage. 1 min cooldown (48s talented).

WOW Building Icecrown Citadel's Gunship Battle

The frozen earth of Icecrown roils with throngs of the undead Scourge, reanimated bodies so numerous that there are few physical locations where the Horde and the Alliance can build their camps and strongholds. Instead, the defenders of Azeroth take to the sky.

Two gunships, the Skybreaker of the Alliance and Orgrim's Hammer, named for the former Warchief of the Horde, patrol the skies of Icecrown. Early in the campaign against the Lich King, these grand vessels were used to scout overland terrain, where they frequently came into open conflict with each other, brightening the skies with their cannon fire.

Now, in the wake of the Argent Tournament, the enemies of the Scourge have finally gathered to lay siege to Icecrown Citadel. With the fortress nearly impenetrable on land and the spires of the citadel touching the sky at their peaks, it's become clear to the leaders of both the Horde and the Alliance that an aerial assault, spearheaded by these two gunships, is the only way to infiltrate Arthas's stronghold.

Two prominent warriors have stepped forward to lead the attack: Muradin Bronzebeard of the Alliance and High Overlord Saurfang of the Horde. Both seek to defeat the Lich King and spare the living from another plague -- but there are other, more personal stakes for these heroes. Saurfang seeks to uncover the fate of his son, whose body was lost at the battle of the Wrath Gate, while Muradin, bearing the weight of Arthas's atrocities, seeks justice, closure, and possibly even redemption for his former student.

And yet, even with their noble goals, there will be no shared glory for the Alliance and the Horde in this attack. The dock atop Icecrown Citadel is only big enough for one ship. Halfway up the spires, the Skybreaker and Orgrim's Hammer are fated to clash again in a storm of gunfire, swinging blades, and bellowing warriors. Foremost in this mayhem are the combat crews, veteran heroes who've already begun the assault on Icecrown and who will fight to the last for a chance at Arthas -- heroes like you.

WoW - Herbalism Guide 1-450

WoW 10-man Strategy

With regard to 10-man Strategy Of WoW, you will want an offtank to click the table Putricide stands at, especially before he is pulled to become the Abomination for the fight. Then at 35%, the offtank helps tank Putricide. Since this encounter depends heavily on high DPS and much of the damage is avoidable, using two healers instead of three provides added DPS to the encounter.

Phase 1: 100% to 80%.

Putricide will spawn growing slime pools throughout the encounter, which the abomination pilot eats to gain ooze power. If you are almost out of ooze, stop eating puddle to keep your source of ooze power, as you will need the ooze power to snare the Volatile Oozes and Gas Clouds. You will cause 4,000 damage every 2 seconds to the raid while an abomination is piloted. If your abominations dies, you can click the table again to obtain a new one.

You can start with Tank Putricide next to the Orange tank on the left side of the room. Not long after the pull you will see a raid warning for "Unstable Experiment," which causes a Volatile Ooze to spawn next to the Green tank on the right side of the room. Ranged DPS should switch to it immediately and melee DPS should switch to it as soon as it is clear who it is targetting. The Volatile Ooze will root a player in place and move towards them; your abomination pilot needs to snare it with Regurgitated Ooze. It will explode for 175,000 damage split between every player standing on top of the affected person. When the Volatize Ooze is close, all players should collapse on the affected player. If the Ooze is not yet dead, it will gain a new target and do the same thing. It needs to die quickly.

After the Ooze is dead, move Putricide next to the Green tank. He will soon cast another Unstable Experiment and spawn a Gas Cloud next to the Orange tank. The Gas Cloud also follows a random player, applying a dot called Gaseous Bloat on them, which requires a lot of healing. Gaseous Bloat starts with numerous stacks that decrease over time. The Gas Cloud should reach it is targetted player while stacks still remain, the raid costs a large amount of damage, wiping the raid potentailly. The targetted player must kite the cloud around the room while everyone else kills it. The abomination pilot should also snare it. Putricide should be moved back to the Orange tank after this. The add spawns alternately in a predictable manner. One part is over!

A different approach to dealing with the Volatile Oozes in WoW is to have raid stack where the Volatile Ooze spawns.Healers will be near the ranged, but will move away from the target of the Volatile Ooze. When the Volatile Ooze spawns, melee and ranged will quickly kill it. If a healer is the target, ranged will move and stack with the targeted healer. Damage will be split between ranged and melee and they will be thrown back. Quickly finish off the Volatile Ooze before it hits another player. AoE healers can start pre-casting to quickly bring the health back up. With sufficient DPS and less movement, the raid should enter phase 2 before the first Gas Cloud spawns. Handling the Gas Cloud remains the same. This approach also works in phase 2 for the Volatile Ooze, the raid will still need to watch for Choking Gas Bombs and Malleable Ooze.

Note: This method is not recommended for low DPS groups.

Phase 2: 80% to 35%

Putricide casts Tear Gas, which stuns the raid for 10 seconds while he phases.

All previous abilities continue in this phase. In addition, Putricide gain two new abilities: Choking Gas Bomb and Malleable Goo. You can find Putricide holding Choking Gas Bombs, which look like orange laboratory flasks. When Putricide tosses these to the ground near him, they form an orange cloud on the floor. These flasks explode after 20 seconds, killing nearby players. Malleable Goo looks like a bouncing green slime ball. Putricide randomly targets and tosses the goo to a ranged player. These cause 20,000 AoE damage on impact, and slow attack or cast speeds by 200% on impact. Easily avoidable by moving out of the way of the goo. You will need to keep killing adds and controlling slime pools while dealing with these abilities. Thanks for your reading and have fun!

Phase 3: 35% to 0%

Professor Putricide in WoW casts tear gas again and phases. No more adds will spawn, however adds that are up will remain.

Save Heroism/Bloodlust for this phase. Your abomination driver will need to tank Putricide now. Malleable Goo, Choking Gas Bomb, and Slime Pools continue. You cannot get rid of slime pools anymore so they will grow until you are overrun or Putricide dies.

Putricide stacks a debuff on his current tank every 10 seconds, which is called Mutated Plague, which has a one-minute expiration timer. This causes damage to the entire group, and should a person die from Mutated Plague, heals Putricide for a massive amount. Tanks should switch over at four stacks, and if a tank is going to lose their mutated plague stack, they should taunt, since Putricide is healed if the debuff end up. Switching at four stacks gets rid of this issue.

Putricide also stacks a buff on himself called Mutated Strength, causing him to do more damage over time. Phase 3 is a burn phase in which Putricide must be killed in short order, or he will wipe your raid. After about 80 seconds, when someone gains a 5th stack of Mutated Plague, it will cause too much damage to deal with.

Putricide will berserk after 10 minutes of combat.

25-man Differences

Professor Putricide will launch three Malleable Goo projectiles rather than just one.

Three tanks will offer you the most time to kill Putricide in Phase 3 since Mutated Plague triples in damage every stack. You must keep the debuff on all three tanks. Therefore each tank in turn will gain 2 stacks, then gain 4 stacks in a 2/2/2 4/4/4 setup. After 120 seconds someone will gain a 5th stack, wiping the raid.

Heroic Difficulty

Heroic difficulty will feature "Thaddius-like" charges in the form of Gas Variable and Ooze Variable debuffs during the encounter. That is for your whole reading. Hope you have a wonderful time in our website!

Basic Arena Strategies and Tactics

The Arena is a marvelous place full of interesting and unique strategies. However, you’ll never become a pro without a good solid foundation of the basics. Even if you are really good, it never hurts to look back at some fundamental tips that are good for everyone.

  • The arena is all about class combinations, talent builds, and the overall makeup of the team. Come up with a plan before hand to maximize the potential of both players. However, even with a strong combination remember that skill with almost always trump group design.
  • Gear is important. The Arena PvP gear will mostly serve you better then a full set of PvE gear. Be sure that your gear matches your build and your enchants/jewels are set for exactly what you need. Preparation is key.
  • Never charge in against the enemy. See what they are and adjust your tactics depending on what classes they are. Never charge in unless you’re burst DPS and your goal is just to take them down fast.
  • Keep up with what’s popular in the arena. Follow the community and see trends. Speculate or assume what your enemy will have.
  • In a 3v3 or 5v5 it’s safe to focus fire down certain pets, like the Felhunter, which can single handily take down your team.
  • Make sure you have plenty of bandages before going into battle. While not always the best course of action, using bandages can sometimes save you in the midst of battle. They’re one of the few consumables allowed.
  • Before the match, make sure to create anything like Health Stones that will aid you in battle. While you can’t trade them, they can certainly help you a lot.
  • Don’t be afraid to talk about what your groups goal is in battle. Work out strategies and tactics with your team before going to fight. What are you going to do and what are they going to do?
  • Make sure you have plenty of offense. Offense is always the best defense. If you can kill the enemy before they can kill you then there is no need to defend yourself.
  • Don’t be afraid to spend mana to get someone dead. The arena matches rarely last out long enough that your mana supply will become essential. However, do not waste mana. If the fight lasts long enough for your entire mana bar to be gone then you’ll be in trouble. Especially if they have plenty of mana left.
  • Don’t attack Warriors first. Warriors not only are rather beefy, but attacking them just gives them rage. Take down another class first, if possible. Weaker targets like Priests are good choices.
  • If your trinket is up, use it to break the first fear. After the first fear the next ones will begin just rolling off of you.
  • Avoid Hunter traps and being kited. Don’t let them kill you while you’re trying to catch up to them. Work with your team mates to form a strategy to keep someone still long enough to catch up.
  • Avoid “cookiecutter” builds. If your enemy can instantly assume what your talent builds are and what your tactics will be then you’ll have a much harder time defeat them.
  • Use some form of VoIP to talk with your team mates. WoW’s upcoming in-game voice chat, Ventrilo, or Teamspeak are all good choices.

That’s about it for Arena tips!

WOW Alchemy Introduction

Alchemy is one of the primary professions in World of Warcraft. Those who take up Alchemy become an Alchemist which is able to brew potions, elixers, oils, and flasks. These various consumables can restore health and mana, grant invisibility, give elemental resistance, and much more. They can also convert various metals and high level essences into different properties through the power of transmutation.

The ability to brew various consumables is highly sought after in both the market and by other players. Some flasks are so powerful that they make some encounters in the game much easier by boosting a player’s health or damage by an extremely considerable amount. For instance, the Flask of Fortification grants 1,500 additional health and 30 defense rating for 2 hours!

Alchemy is a primary profession which means that it counts towards the two primary profession limit. You can unlearn Alchemy at any given time; however doing so resets your skill at zero and unlearns any recipes you may have found. It’s inadvisable to do so once you’ve begun discovering new recipes.

World of Warcraft Trading Card Game Update

We're pleased to announce that we've partnered with Cryptozoic Entertainment for the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. Cryptozoic is slated to release the Wrathgate booster set in May, followed by the Class Decks in June.

Top 15 Tips For World of Warcraft Player

Tip 1 - Read your Quest Journal

Now we hate to snipe here, people, but the "L" key on your keyboard opens up your Quest Journal. This handy-dandy little item contains literally all the information you need to solve whatever quest your given. Check it early and check it often because if you're cluttering up the "General" chat channel asking "Where's the Wailing Caverns?" 47 times not only will you learn all sort of new Azerothian insults, but when you eventually find the place, it's not going to win you any friends when you then start looking for a group to explore with. Your Quest Journal has directions so precise they make MapQuest look vague to avoid precisely this situation. Read your Quest Journal! Read your Quest Journal! Read your Quest Journal!

Tip 2 - The City Guards are your friends - use them well.

This is kind of an adjunct to the whole "Read your Quest Journal" thing, but the other thing that clogs up the general chat channels is people asking for directions in the hub cities. Fortunately Blizzard has come up with a simple solution - just ask a city guard! They'll give you directions to everything in the city and even provide you with a little flag in your mini-map! You know, the employment situation in Azeroth must be pretty bad when you consider that most of these guards are level 75 or so and can easily wipe out virtually every monster in the game and they're taking the time out of their busy schedule to help you. The least you can do is avail yourself of their services. I don't even think they get paid!

Tip 3 - Every trade skill in World of Warcraft has a complement.

Players can only learn two "professional" trade skills (Fishing, Cooking, First Aid and a few others don't count). Be aware that with the exception of Enchanting and Tailoring, every trade skill has a "gathering" skill and a "crafting" skill. Blacksmithing, for example, requires raw materials that can only be retrieved by Mining. Be sure you select the appropriate skill; otherwise you will end up buying raw materials at auction or trying to trade your raw materials for finished goods.

Tip 4 - The Num Lock key is your auto run.

This should be obvious, but you'd be surprised how many players forget to use their auto run. Auto run is your best friend, though. During long runs you can be checking your quest log, futzing with your inventory, or chatting with friends. Use it!

Tip 5 - Control your Pets.

This, of course, only applies to pet classes (Warlocks and Hunters), but if we had a gold piece for every Warlock and Hunter who left his pet on "Aggressive" we'd - well, we'd have a lot of gold pieces. Your pets are tools. They're used for very specific purposes. Putting them on Aggressive lets them attack indiscriminately and can draw a lot more monster attention than your group is ready to deal with. All too often a pet on the loose means death for the group and a long, boring corpse run.
World of Warcraft Alliance Player

Tips 6 - Looking to solo? Get yourself a Night Elf Hunter or a Warlock.

While there isn't any one particular character template that works perfectly for soloing, this is about the best that there is on the Alliance side. First, there really isn't any equal level monster in the game that a properly tricked out Hunter can't tackle one-on-one without breaking a sweat. While Warlocks are a bit more fragile, they have an excellent complement of damage dealing spells that will let them survive - albeit while taking more damage. Unfortunately, many creatures will attack in groups if they notice one of their buddies getting pounded on (Elite creatures are particularly nasty with this).
That's where pets come in, Any "Pet" class can use their animal (or demonic) companion to do what's called "crowd control" - basically pulling one creature away from a group and a time and killing it. The Warlock's Void Walker is particularly good at this. Night Elves quest lines at low levels are also pretty self-contained within the geographically isolated Teldrassil, meaning you never have far to run to reach a quest destination or to retrieve your corpse.

Tip 7 - Gnomes have the best (worst) dancing emotes.

Trust us on this one. Simply typing /dance into the game while playing as a gnome will show you what we mean. Gnome dancing is the most offensive thing in Azeroth - rumor has it that the Horde offers 10 gold pieces to anyone who can actually manage to kill a Gnome in PvP during a dance. Therefore it makes Gnomes perfect for role-players who want to annoy other players and have a good laugh.

Tip 8 - Everyone loves a Human Priest.

This is the perfect class for players looking to group. Humans' racial talents help a Priest hold his or her own in combat and there isn't a group alive that isn't thrilled when a Priest shows up just before heading into an Elite dungeon or an instance. Priests are also pretty rare in the game, there aren't really all that many players who enjoy taking on the social/support roles, so your skills will always be in demand - and you'll level pretty fast.

Tip 9 - You don't have follow the quest lines for your own race!

One of the biggest misconceptions that new players have about World of Warcraft is that quests are restricted by race - in other words, that if you're playing a Human, you must take the "Human" quests in Elwynn Forest when you start out. That's simply not true. Players can take any level-appropriate quest regardless of their race. For Alliance players looking to level up a bit faster, there is a bit of a shortcut. Simply head to the hub cities of Ironforge or Stormwind as soon as you're strong enough to get out of the newbie zone (around level 5). From there, find the passage to Teldrassil, the Night Elf homeland and start collecting quests. Teldrassil is very small, contains the hub city of Darnassus that offers every service, and players rarely have to run far to complete quests. You'll find yourself at level 10 or even higher in no time!

Tip 10 - The Alliance means more content, but more people.

For whatever reason, the Alliance races as a whole (Humans, Night Elves, Dwarves, and Gnomes) are more popular with players. This can often mean severe crowding in popular regions along with what we like to call "mass extinction events". That basically means that several quests in the area that require players to kill a particular animal may make it hard to find that animal for a while - and that you may be racing other players who are standing around waiting for them to spawn. The good news is that the Alliance has a lot more quest-based content than the Horde. While this isn't noticeable at the earlier levels, many Horde players often find themselves running low on quests around level 25-30 and being forced to just "farm" random creatures for experience.
World of Warcraft Horde Player

Tips 11 - You will end up in the Barrens - accept it.

Throughout the beta process, the one zone that everybody complained about the most was the Barrens, a level 15-20 zone that is quite literally in the center of everything for the Horde. As a result, this zone has the dubious distinction of undergoing almost constant revisions. The good news is, it's much better than it was - the bad news is, it can still be long and tedious. The thing is, most Horde quest lines eventually send players to the Barrens and it contains access to one of the neutral towns where Horde and Alliance players can get together, so the place is absolutely crawling with players. While that can be good for making friends, it's also the place that's the most hunted and overcrowded on the Horde side. Unfortunately, the Barrens is just a fact of life for Horde players - better to go, do what needs to be done, and get out.

Tip 12 - Want to get to level 10 quickly? Visit dead people.

More accurately, visit Undead people. Since Quests aren't race specific, players can accept any level appropriate quest regardless of their race. That means that Horde players have access to a slight shortcut to level 10 similar to the one enjoyed by Alliance players. In the Horde's case it means hightailing it to the Orc hub city of Orgrimmar as soon as you can survive the trip and catching a zeppelin ride to Tirisfal Glades. Head south from the zeppelin tower to the Undead town of Brill and start looking for quests. Like Teldrassil for Night Elves, the quests in Brill are a bit easier and can usually be solved without a tremendous amount of traveling, significantly shortening your trip to level 10.

Tip 13 - The Horde has the best and worst hub cities in the game.

Both sides in World of Warcraft have three hub cities designed for players to congregate, buy and sell items, and deal with NPC vendors and trainers. The Horde is blessed with the best and cursed with one of the worst hub cities in the game. The best city to do business with NPCs in is the Undead Undercity. If you have a choice of heading to one hub city, this is the one to pick. It's the smallest major city, meaning you don't have to do a tremendous amount of running to get to the shops you want. The city is also basically a circle - meaning it's almost impossible to get lost. Orgrimmar, the Orc hub city, on the other hand, is incredibly confusing, with twisting paths that sometime loop back on themselves. Orgrimmar means a lot of running and it's all too easy to get lost. It's also kind of the center of the universe for Horde players, so you really do need to learn it if you hope to use the auction or make new friends.

Tip 14 - Tired of fighting for elbow room?

Join the Horde! For some odd reason, players seem to choose to play as Alliance characters far more often than as Horde characters. The good news for Horde players, though, is that fewer players mean fewer people jockeying for resources. Even the Barrens, probably the most crowded Horde region, never see the problems with "mass extinction events" that routinely plague the Alliance. If you're interested in questing and not interested in hanging around with ten other people (at peak hours) waiting for a monster spawn, why not join the Horde?

Tip 15 - The Undead are just psychotically cool! While everyone has their own opinion, ours is that no World of Warcraft race gets as many "coolness points" as the Undead. First, the character models are just a riot with hairstyles that literally defy physics and a facial customization options straight out of the Velvet Dungeon. The designers also clearly had a ball putting the Undead lands together because every area and storyline within the Undead zones is filled with clever asides and subtle (and not so subtle) humor about the Forsaken's unusual situation. Role-players will also enjoy playing the Undead since they're as close as any World of Warcraft race comes to being "evil". True - they are an oppressed minority, but they're also planning universal genocide, so you make your own call.

World of Warcraft Gold Making Guides

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The secret to getting gold in the Auction House on World of Warcraft, and there are many ways to make gold on World of Warcraft,at this time I choose some best and useful methods for you to get gold in the game.

Basic Gold

A little secret to getting some gold for a small item. This method works well in the lower levels. It will get you 100-300g in an hour. Now, The Sunken Temple and Zul’Farrak have a lot of Mageweave cloth drops. If your a lower level go with a group or get someone to run you (get more cloth). For the higher levels just run it through a couple times and collect all Mageweave cloth. Once you have about 4 stacks of 20, go straight to the auction house. Always sell in stacks of 20, it looks more appealing to a buyer. Sell these stacks for about 15-25 gold. If someones selling them for an amount in between these brackets, sell one gold lower than them.

Big Gold

There are a few ways to get some good gold. One method is, on the coast of Westfall, there are a colony of fast re-spawning crabs. Kill these and loot all the meat. Sell stacks of 20 for what you think is “fair”, there are plently of 80 who want the get their other characters’ cooking levels up and they buy tons of crab meat to do so. Note: This does not work on all realms.

Another method requires a collection proffesion. Herbalism and mining work best. Start collecting some low level herbs and ores like Grave Moss and Silver. Sell these in stacks of 20 for a high price. About 20g a set. Go to places with a high amount of these and soon (30mins to an hour) you’ll have a lot of them. Note: do not put them in the Auction House all at once, sell the stacks one by one. Also if someone is selling a stack of 20 always sell one gold lower than them.

A last way is with a higher collection proffesion skill. Collect a high amount of herbs or ores but sell them in the amount needed to make a popular potion. If an invisibility potion required 3 wintersbites, then sell them in 3’s. Note: This method does not always work.

Thanks for your reading, hope that you can try these methods when you are playing in WOW and can make gold easily and quickly for your character!

Dungeon Etiquette In World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft is the most popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) out there, proudly holding the Guinness World Record for the most popular game of its kind. With many different play styles, just about anyone interested in this type of game can find a niche of their own. Regardless of how you choose to play, however, one thing is certain: if you play long enough, you will eventually use the dungeon finder to find a random group of people to enter an instance with, and you will eventually be grouped with that one jerk who never waits for anyone else, pulls too many monsters at once, and rolls need on everything. Many a time have groups been wiped because of that jerk, and it all could have been avoided by using simple dungeon etiquette.

As soon as you enter an instance with your group, you must change your way of thinking. You are no longer playing solo, and you must remember the other members of your group. Although you may be ready to charge on, the other members of your group may not be. Tanks, despite their strength and armour, need the DPS to deal damage so that they are not overwhelmed; DPS generally have lighter armour and therefore cannot take as much damage, and so they rely on the tank to keep the enemy’s attention; healers usually have light armour and rely on the other roles to keep them safe; and everyone relies on the healer to keep them alive when things get rough. Because everyone relies on each other like this, it is vital that everyone be on the same page. This means waiting for mana and health to replenish, waiting if someone has to leave for a moment, and even going back for late additions if no one can summon and they can’t make their own way to you. Similarly, it is also important to only take on as many monsters as your group can handle. Accidents happen, and sometimes there’s no way around a wipe, but as a general rule it’s best to tread carefully and only pull as much as you can kill.

Pulling can be a tricky thing to get the hang of, as every class has their own unique abilities, some of which work better than others. Some classes use spells, others use ranged weapons, and some can use pets to tank for them while they attack from afar. As useful as these abilities are, however, they do not always work as planned. A poorly timed pull can pull more than you intended, and pets occasionally run amok, pulling more than you can handle. And, of course, there are the people who overestimate their abilities and pull too many creatures at once. So, unless you’re clearing some smaller enemies out or your group wants to take on a lot of enemies at once, it’s generally a good plan to take on as few as possible at once. This means waiting for the best opportunity to attack and making sure your pets — if you have any — are not set to aggressive.

Finally, there is the matter of rolling for loot. As a general rule, do not roll on something you can’t use. That means warlocks, keep your paws off the plate armour; warriors, don’t touch that robe. If another member of your group can put an item to better use, let that person have it. However, if you have an alt that would benefit from an item and you desperately want it, ask your group if it’s okay for you to roll need. If — and only if — your group is fine with it, should you roll need. Sometimes other items, like a tailoring ‘recipe’ will come up for grabs. For things like this, the same rule applies: only roll on an item if you can use it. Rolling for things that your group members can use (when you can’t use it yourself) only makes them bitter towards you. Don’t be greedy; your run will go that much more smoothly.

Of course, more things you can do to make your instance run more enjoyable, but being considerate of others by waiting for them, only pulling what you can handle, and only rolling for what you can use set the groundwork. Every group is different — some will be more experienced than others and some may be just starting out. In any case, do your best to practice good dungeon etiquette and hope that others will do the same.

Guide To Connect A WoW Private Server

This short step-by-step guide is which I collected for showing you how to connect to a WoW Private Server.

Connecting to a WoW server is extremely easy. Unfortunately, some people have no idea how to do it. The answer is within your World of Warcraft folder. Here’s how to do it.

Step-By-Step

1. Find your World of Warcraft Folder (Probably Computer > Program Files > World of Warcraft)

2. Once you found the folder, open it up.

3. Find the Data folder and open it.

4. Open the enUS folder.

5. Open realmlist.wtf.(Open it with Notepad)

6. Erase everything in the notepad file.

7. Type in “set realmlist”

8. Find the IP for the WoW server you are connecting to.

Here are some examples:
- NoIP: set realmlist servername.no-ip.biz
- Hamachi: set realmlist 5.XXX.XXX.XXX

9. After you enter the IP, save and exit the file.

10. Next time you open WoW, it will connect you to that server.

11. Enjoy

Other Info

- Owning and playing on a WoW private server is against Blizzard’s Terms and Conditions, thus making it illegal. Play WoW servers at your own risk.

- Playing on a WoW server may be quicker to level up or get gold, but they can never match the real game. Private servers contain too many bugs/glitches that the real WoW will not have.

WOW Shaman Introduction

Shaman are the spiritual leaders of their tribes and clans. They are masters of the elements, using spells and totems that heal or enhance their allies in battle while unleashing the fury of the elements upon their foes. Shamans can wear medium armor, and even wield massive two-handed weapons in combat. They are a versatile class that can wade into battle, restoring their allies while hurling elemental bolts of lightning at their enemies.
The old phrase "jack of all trades, master of none" is an excellent way to describe the Shaman; they are the only real "hybrid" class in World of Warcraft. While they do not excel at any one aspect of their repertoire, they function passing well when performing most tasks called upon by a party. Need a support healer? Looking for a secondary tank? After another damage-dealer? Have an empty slot that needs someone to support the group in general? The Shaman can provide. They have a number of utility spells as well that help make life easier for any party.

WOW Rogue Introduction

Rogues are a lightly armored melee class capable of dealing massive damage to their enemies in a flurry of attacks. They are masters of stealth and assassination, passing by enemies unseen and striking from the shadows, then escaping from combat in the blink of an eye. Rogues can also craft poisons that damage or cripple their enemies, reducing their effectiveness in battle. Groups will find rogues valuable, for not only do they deal massive damage, but they can open locked doors or chests, and disarm hidden traps as well.

WOW Priest Introuction

Priests are the masters of healing and preservation, restoring their wounded allies, shielding them in battle, and even resurrecting their fallen comrades. While they have a variety of protective and enhancement spells to bolster their allies, priests can also wreak terrible vengeance on their enemies, using the powers of shadow or holy light to destroy them. They are a diverse and powerful class, highly desirable in any group, capable of fulfilling multiple roles.

WOW Paladin Introuction

Guardians of the Holy Light, paladins bolster their allies with holy auras and blessing to protect their friends from harm and enhance their powers. Wearing heavy armor, they can withstand terrible blows in the thickest battles while healing their wounded allies and resurrecting the slain. In combat, they can wield massive two-handed weapons, stun their foes, destroy undead and demons, and judge their enemies with holy vengeance. Paladins are a defensive class designed to outlast their opponents.
The Paladin is a mix of a melee fighter and a secondary spell caster. The Paladin is ideal for groups due to the Paladin's healing, Blessings, and other abilities. Paladins can have one active aura per Paladin on each party member and use specific Blessings for specific players. Paladins are pretty hard to kill, thanks to their assortment of defensive abilities. The Paladin can also heal with Holy Light, unlike other combat classes. The Paladin is an Undead specific fighter as well, with several abilities designed to be used against the Undead.

WOW Warlock Introuction

Warlocks are masters of shadow, flame, and demonic power. They are a robed class that excels at plaguing their enemies with disease or curses, hurling bolts of fire or shadow energy across the battlefield, and summoning demons to aid them in combat. While warlocks are powerful casters that deal damage from a distance, their demonic powers can also protect or support their allies in battle, or even summon other players from across the world using ritual magic to conjure portals.
Warlocks have both powerful damage spells (primarily dealing over time) and debuff spells that work well in conjunction with each other and with the abilities of their group mates. They have Curses for many occasions; in fact, they can easily be considered the best debuffers in the game. Their pets, too, help with the damage dealing and grant the Warlock extra abilities to put to use. They can also control crowds well with Seduction and Banish, and provide limited support in the form of their summoned stones.

WOW Warrior Introuction

Warriors can be a raging berserker or an iron-clad juggernaut, capable of withstanding tremendous attacks while protecting their allies from harm. They have a wide variety of attacks that do everything from cripple their enemies, to dealing massive amounts of damage in a single retaliatory blow, and enhancing their allies' fighting ability with battle shouts. They excel at fighting multiple opponents at once, gaining rage from every blow dealt or received to unleash their attacks.

Warriors are a versatile class with a variety of play-styles to choose from.
The Warrior can be a defensive, shielded tank, a damage-dealing powerhouse, or a mixture of the two. Their abilities obviously pertain to the art of close combat; their stances carry with them different moves for different situations and party setups. All in all, the Warrior is one of the prime candidates to capture and hold the attention of creatures while they die to sword and spell.

WOW Mage Introuction

Mages wield the elements of fire, frost, and the arcane to destroy or neutralize their enemies. They are a robed class that excels at dealing massive damage from afar, casting elemental bolts at a single target, or raining destruction down upon their enemies in a wide area of effect. Mages can also augment their allies' spell-casting powers, summon food or drink to restore their friends, and even travel across the world in an instant by opening arcane portals to distant lands.
When seeking someone to introduce monsters to a world of pain, the Mage is a good choice. With their elemental and arcane attacks, it's a safe bet something they can do won't be resisted by your chosen enemy. Damage is the name of the Mage game, and they do it well. Their arsenal includes some powerful crowd control spells, also, giving them the ability to keep hordes at bay -- in fact, these abilities can be used on the most common creatures in the game, thus making them extremely valuable for this purpose.

WOW Hunter Introuction

Hunters are deadly marksmen, capable of bringing their enemies down from a distance with bows or rifles. Skilled survivalists, they can track enemies or lay traps to damage and entrap their foes.
Hunters also possess a primal connection to the beasts of Azeroth, capable of taming and training them to keep as loyal guardians. Wearing light to medium armor, hunters can also dual wield weapons in combat, fighting beside their pets in battle.
The Hunter is a vicious damage dealer. With their ability to pull extremely well and hit monsters hard from far away, they certainly help take down monsters more quickly. Their pets add to the damage count and can aid somewhat in managing monster aggro. The variety of traps allows the Hunter to control crowds to an extent, as well. The combination of their extreme range, decent damage, and trap capability, Hunters are the perfect pullers for any group.

WOW Druid Introuction

Druids are the keepers of the world and masters of nature with a diverse array of abilities. They are powerful healers, capable of curing poisons and raising fallen comrades in the thick of battle. Druids also command nature's wrath, calling down ranged blasts of energy, summoning swarms of insects, or entangling their foes in the earth. But druids are also masters of the wild, able to shapeshift into a great bear, cat, or even sea lion, gaining their powers in combat or travel. Druids are a diverse class with a variety of playstyles, capable of filling any role.

The Druid gives players several play style options. A Druid in normal form is a caster that can fight with spells or weapons. In Bear form the Druid becomes a Warrior with Rage. While in Cat form the Druid becomes a Rogue with Energy and stealth. The Druid can also transform into two other special animal forms. With its ability to heal itself and fellow characters, the Druid can also take on the role of a Priest. A Druid is not as versatile in its abilities as a Priest is, lacking the spells Power Word: Shield and Resurrection, but is otherwise a very capable healer.
